The Story Behind OPPN English
OPPN English grew from a simple educational idea: knowledge becomes more valuable when it is shared in a way that learners can actually use.
For many students, especially those preparing for competitive examinations, finding useful English resources in one place can be difficult. They may have to search through different websites for previous papers, grammar explanations, literature notes, practice questions and mock tests.

Meet the Founder — Dr. Rohtash Singh
Dr. Rohtash Singh is the founder and editor of OPPN English. He holds an M.A. in English, NET and Ph.D. in English and has teaching, writing and academic experience in the field of English.
His work with OPPN English is based on a practical understanding of the difficulties faced by students while learning English and preparing for examinations. The objective is not simply to provide more information, but to present useful information in a form that learners can understand, revise and practise.
His particular interest in English Literature, English language learning, competitive examinations and academic writing has shaped many of the resources available on the platform.
